Rajasthan BSTC 2nd List 2025: VMOU Releases 2nd Allotment Today, Here’s How to Check

Rajasthan BSTC 2nd List 2025: Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota has released the Rajasthan BSTC (Pre D.El.Ed) 2nd Allotment List 2025 on July 13. The list includes college allotment for candidates who were either not allotted any college in the first list or opted for upward movement due to dissatisfaction with their initial allotment.

The first round of allotment was released on June 26. Candidates were then given time until July 2 to pay the admission fee, followed by reporting and document verification at allotted institutions until July 3. Applications for upward movement were accepted from July 4 to July 5, and the results for the same were declared on July 7.

For the second list, candidates can now check their allotment status on the official BSTC portal. Once allotted, students must pay the college admission fee between July 14 and July 18, and report to the institution for document verification from July 14 to July 19.

Rajasthan BSTC 2nd List 2025: Important Dates

• 1st Allotment List Release: June 26, 2025
• Fee Payment for 1st Round: June 26 to July 2
• Reporting & Document Verification: June 27 to July 3
• Upward Movement Applications: July 4 to July 5
• Upward Result: July 7
• 2nd Allotment List Release: July 13
• Fee Payment for 2nd Round: July 14 to July 18
• Reporting for 2nd Round: July 14 to July 19
• 3rd Allotment List (expected): July 22

What After College Allotment? Once a candidate is allotted a college in the 2nd round, they must pay the required admission fee of Rs 13,555 and report to the allotted institute with original documents and two sets of photocopies.

• Fee Payment Receipts (Rs 3,000 counselling + Rs 13,555 admission)
• Class 10th and 12th Mark Sheets & Certificates
• Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Sub-category certificate (Divyang, Widow, Ex-servicemen, etc.)
• Aadhar Card
• Passport-size Photographs (minimum 6)
• Affidavit on Rs 50 stamp paper
• Jan Aadhar Card (if available)
• Valid mobile number and email ID

Candidates are advised to organize all the required documents in a file for smooth verification.

How to Check Rajasthan BSTC 2nd List 2025:

1. Visit the official portal: predeledraj2025.in
2. Click on the “2nd Allotment List” link.
3. Enter Roll Number, Counselling ID, Application ID, and Date of Birth.
4. Click on “Proceed” to view your allotment status.
5. Download and print the allotment details for reporting.

Note: If no college is allotted, wait for the third allotment list.

How to Download Provisional Admission Slip

Once your documents are verified and your admission is approved online by the allotted college:

1. Visit predeledraj2025.in
2. Click on “Check Admission Status (Provisional Admission Slip)”
3. Enter required details (Roll Number, Counselling ID, etc.)
4. Download and print your Provisional Admission Slip for future use.
